Matthew Cermak is Commercial Account Manager for Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services team in Chicago. A President’s Club recipient since 2020, he works with developers, brokers, corporations, and law firms on complex commercial transactions in Chicago and nationwide, including major office, multifamily, and mixed-use financings. Born and raised on Chicago’s Northwest Side, he is a Saint Patrick High School alumnus and a graduate of Missouri State University. Matt is active in the city’s civic and real estate community as Chair of CCAC’s Burnham Council, Vice Chair of ULI Chicago’s Green Flight Product Council, an auxiliary board member of MetroSquash, and an alumnus board member of Saint Patrick High School.

Chris Hamby, AICP, Transportation Planning East Lead at Arcadis, where he focuses on capital planning, multimodal streets, and urban mobility. He previously held senior roles at the New York City Department of Transportation, including Director of Capital Planning and Project Initiation and Deputy Director of Strategic Planning. While at NYC DOT he helped secure a $25 million USDOT TIGER grant to launch the city’s Vision Zero capital street program and received the agency’s Above & Beyond Award. A certified planner, he holds a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute and a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College. Chris lives in Oak Park and brings a public-sector capital planning perspective to CCAC’s work on Chicago’s central area.

Dawveed Scully, AIA, AICP, NOMA, is an architect and urban designer at Gensler in Chicago. A licensed architect and certified planner, he focuses on turning community-driven visions into implementable plans that advance equity, economic mobility, and connected neighborhoods. He previously served as Managing Deputy Commissioner of Planning and Development for the City of Chicago and, before that, spent nearly 14 years at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, rising to Associate Principal in the urban design and planning studio. His work includes the Detroit East Riverfront, Atlanta University Center, Robbins Park, and neighborhood plans across Chicago’s South Side. An IIT College of Architecture alumnus and adjunct professor, he is a Crain’s 40 Under 40 honoree, ULI Chicago Young Visionary, and Leadership Greater Chicago fellow.

Andrew Uttan, PE, LEED AP, is Associate Principal and site/civil leader in Langan’s Chicago office, where he has helped grow the firm’s Midwest practice since returning in 2021. A civil engineer with more than two decades of experience, he has overseen more than 220 projects across Illinois, including complex residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality developments. He interned with Langan in 2001, then built his career in Chicago at SPACECO and V3 Companies before rejoining Langan when the firm opened its Chicago office. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Andrew brings site engineering and entitlement expertise to CCAC’s work on the city’s built environment.

Bari Wolf is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Real Estate group in Chicago. She represents public and private companies, REITs, investors, and joint venture partners in commercial real estate and real estate finance matters across office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets. Her work includes leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and development, with substantial experience negotiating leases for national landlord portfolios as well as tenant-side representation. A Hofstra University School of Law graduate, she previously practiced with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in Chicago and with real estate firms in New York. Bari is a member of CREW Chicago.

Matthew Zelensek, AIA, is a Senior Associate and Senior Project Designer in Perkins&Will’s Workplace practice. Known for a collaborative approach and strong technical skills, he works with consultants to deliver precise documentation that brings complex interior and workplace projects to life. He believes design succeeds when teams weave health, safety, and welfare together with beauty and sustainability. Matt earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and serves as a Director on the AIA Chicago Board of Directors.

Donny Zellefrow, AICP, WEDG, is an Associate at MKSK, where his planning and urban design work focuses on ecology, community engagement, and the public realm. His projects include Unity Park in Greenville, South Carolina, district plans in Atlanta, Birmingham, and Chattanooga, and Chicago-area work such as the Lakeview–Roscoe Village Master Plan and Clark Street Crossroads. He also contributed to riverfront planning in Moline and Chattanooga. A certified planner and Waterfront Alliance WEDG Associate, Donny approaches design through research, engagement, and the belief that authentic places grow from the strength of community.
