About the Event
State Representative Greg Harris (D) has represented the 13th legislative district in Chicago's Lakeview, Uptown, Edgewater, and Andersonville neighborhoods since 2006. Serving as the House Majority Leader (the #2 top Democrat) under both Speaker Madigan and Speaker Welch, he also chairs the powerful Rules Committee. Leader Harris will provide an overview of the General Assembly's Spring Session which concluded in May, and answer questions from CCAC members.
